New access road, new entrance on the east side of I-35.  

From Dallas:

• Exit 335C,
• Look for blue access signs, 
• Turn left at light go under interstate

• Exit 335C,
• Look for blue access signs
• At light, turn right,
• And the next right onto access road

From MLK:

• Watch for blue access signs
• Continue under the interstate through both lights
• Turn right onto access road,

 

Access road will loop back under the interstate and will continue directly into Buzzard Billy's parking lot.
